Meet Gary

Driven by a passion for providing exceptional service, Gary has seen firsthand how some traditional firms operate, which inspired his vision to create a business focused on trust, quality, and personal connections. Gary’s knowledge of the industry is second to none. It’s fair to say by his vast experience, he has built up the connections and professional relationships so that if there is something that he cannot do for you, he can most certainly guide you in the correct direction.
Gary lives in Lincoln, but he’s happy to travel to support his clients and can help anyone across England and Wales and is available via phone or for virtual meetings on Zoom or Teams. If a face-to-face meeting or home visit is preferred, he is happy to arrange this at your convenience. He is an avid animal lover with a dog of his own, so don’t worry if you have pets at home.
When not working, Gary and his partner love to travel. And Gary enjoys live music. It’s probably best not to get him talking about Tina Turner or you may never get him to leave!

What does the Birchwood have to do with estate planning?

Gary named his business Birchwood Legal as a nod to his connections to the Birchwood area of Lincoln. The name also symbolises the idea of a family tree, which, like a tree with many branches, requires care and preservation. Whether your family tree is young and small, like a seedling, or large with numerous branches and offshoots, it is vital to nurture it and take the necessary steps to protect it for future generations.
