Welcome! My name is Gary Smith and I’m your local estate planning specialist based here in Lincoln. With over 15 years of experience in the estate planning and probate sector, I founded my own business to ensure you receive the very best service and to work with you to carefully select the services that will best support you and your family. While I hold a law degree, I am not a solicitor. I chose, rather to specialise in this area of the law (Private Client)and that means I can focus on providing straightforward, accessible guidance for all your estate planning needs. I am a Trust and Estate Practitioner, as governed by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner’s (STEP) – the leading entity within the industry. I am also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executive Lawyers (CILEX). I am also a member of the Society of Will Writers (SWW) – a self regulatory body within the estate planning industry. For STEP, CILEX and SWW, I adhere to each of their codes of conduct and regularly comply and complete continual professional development to ensure I am proficient in my knowledge and understanding.
